Binghamton is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Binghamton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Josh Fuller is a fraudulent individual who has caused frustration and financial loss to his customers. I am one such customer who trusted Fuller to perform residential window tinting work. After providing him with a deposit, he never showed up to do the work, leaving me without my money or the services I was promised. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also illegal, as it constitutes theft and breach of contract. I will be using small claims court to recover my deposit.

Josh did amazing work, I'm pretty picky about tint. A few bubbles after he was finshed and he happily went over the spots again. He was $100+ cheaper then the other places I called. Its been about 5 months and the tint has held up 100%. It was fast. For a 4 door plus the rear windshield took about a hour. Highly recommend.

These two dudes did a solid job on my wife’s new Grand Cherokee. Very respectful, and Made sure they placed the tint on exactly how I wanted it. They did the two front windows and the brow on the windshield in 40 minutes. Honestly best tint shop in the area.
